How can I order?

Shopping at is easy!
Select the product you would like in the right colour and size. Then click on the shopping trolley at the top right of the screen to checkout. Finally, fill in your address and payment details after which you just press close to receive confirmation of your purchase.

Order process:

Once you have completed your purchase at, you will receive a confirmation of this by email. You will then receive your order at home within 1 to 2 working days.

Cancel/change your order:

It is always possible that you suddenly want to cancel or change your order. This is not a problem at Please contact our customer service as soon as possible using the following contact details:

E: [email protected] does not charge shipping costs above €99,- which are then FREE of charge. Under €99,- we charge €6.95 shipping costs.

How does payment via iDEAL work?

You can pay via iDEAL if you use internet banking with ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regiobank, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank or Fortis Bank. Paying via iDEAL is the same as online banking. You will need your bank card and method of identification.


We do not charge any fees for payment via iDEAL.

Payment by credit card:

If you choose to pay by credit card, enter your credit card number and expiry date of the card. Your credit card details will be sent via an SSL secure environment. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Your order will be processed immediately.


Bancontact/Mistercash is the online payment system in Belgium. If you are a customer of the participating banks in Belgium and you use internet banking, you can use Bancontact/Mistercash. You can pay for your purchase directly in a familiar banking environment. Payments via Bancontact/Mistercash are free of charge.

Shipping method/pick-up:

Home delivery by PostNL:

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. In 99% of cases, this is within 1 - 2 working days of receiving your order. In any case, we can guarantee that the item you ordered will be processed the same day if in stock and ordered on time on a working day. Follow the Track & Trace code, which you will receive by email, for the current status of your order.

Parcel convenience:

In addition to shipping your order normally with Postnl or DHL, we offer another shipping option:

Parcel convenience:

Your order will not be delivered to your home but you choose yourself from one of the 2400 pick up points in the Netherlands where you want to collect the parcel. So you decide where you pick up your order. During the checkout process in our webshop, select Pakjegemak, enter your postal code and choose your preferred pick-up location.

Pick up in one of our shops:

You can choose to collect items from one of our shops. This applies to all items. The order can be collected during shop opening hours. Please bring your order number and proof of identity with you when collecting at the shop.

Shipping to Belgium:

If you would like to have your order shipped to Belgium, please allow for €8.95 shipping costs and 2 working days delivery time. If you live or work near the Dutch/Belgian border, Pakjegemak is a good alternative. You can have your order delivered to one of the pick-up locations (see above) at a place near the border. There you then collect your order yourself.

Shipping to Germany:

If you would like to have your order shipped to Germany, please allow for €8.95,- shipping costs and 3 working days delivery time.

Order confirmation:

When receives your order through the webshop, you will be sent a confirmation of this via email with information about your order. Always check that you receive this confirmation and make sure that the details in the confirmation match your order. In case of questions or ambiguities, please contact customer service and mention your customer and/or order number.

Delivery times:

We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your Track & Trace link. This way you can see exactly where your order is and when it will be delivered.

Non-deliverable items:

We aim to deliver all items ordered. Should an item not be available, you will be notified by e-mail. We will then ensure that the full amount is refunded to your account within 3 working days.

Exchanges and returns:

Item too small, too big or still not what you expected? will not be a problem! It can of course happen that you wish to exchange your item(s). Items must be exchanged within 14 working days of receipt. The article(s) to be exchanged must not have been worn and must be labelled. Of course, we do not consider a fitted item to be a worn item. Have you already used the article or is it damaged? Then an exchange or return is unfortunately not possible.

Returning clothes:

You have the right to revoke your order within 14 days. Within this period you may view, assess and/or try on the item as you would in a shop, unless otherwise stated.

Return notification:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within a period of 14 days after you receive it. You may return your order provided it is in the same condition as received. You are required to register your return. Returns that have not been registered cannot be processed. You can register your return at

Here you can also purchase the return label. The costs for the return shipment are for the customer. NewStyle is not responsible for returns that are lost or have a missing proof of posting.

Once we have received the return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 14 days.

Follow the steps below to make the return process as smooth as possible:

  1. Pack the parcel back with your order number and email address.
  2. Drop off your parcel at a PostNL point
  3. We will refund the amount no later than 3 days after receipt of revocation.
