Home delivery by PostNL:
Order before 16:00 on weekdays is delivered the next day. We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. In 99% of cases, this is within 1 or 2 working days of receiving your order. In any case, we can guarantee that the item you ordered will be processed the same day if it is in stock and ordered before 16:00 on a working day. Follow the Track & Trace code, which you will receive by e-mail, for the current status of your order.
Parcel convenience:
Besides the normal shipping of your order with PostNL, we offer another shipping option: Parcel convenience. Your order will not be delivered to your home but you choose one of the 2400 pick-up points in the Netherlands where you want to collect the parcel. So you decide where you pick up your order. During the checkout process in our webshop, select Pakjegemak, enter your postal code and choose your preferred pick-up location.
Pick up in one of our shops:
You can choose to collect items from one of our shops. This applies to all items. The order can be collected during shop opening hours. Please bring your order number and proof of identity with you when picking up in the shop.
Shipping to Belgium:
If you would like to have your order shipped to Belgium, please allow for €8.95 shipping costs and a delivery time of 2 working days. If you live or work near the Dutch/Belgian border, Pakjegemak is a good alternative. You can have your order delivered to one of the pick-up locations (see above) at a place near the border. There you then collect your order yourself.
Order confirmation:
When newstyle.com receives your order through the webshop, you will be sent a confirmation of this via email with information about your order. Always check that you receive this confirmation and make sure that the details in the confirmation match your order. If you have any questions, please contact customer service, stating your customer and/or order number.
Delivery times:
We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your Track & Trace link. This way you can see exactly where your order is and when it will be delivered.
Returns:
You may wish to return a product. This is possible with us within 14 days after the expiry of the cooling-off period, without giving a reason. Please note that the return costs are 2.50 euros and 5 euros for Belgium. The return costs are paid while downloading the return label. You have 14 days to report the return and another 14 days from the time of reporting to return the order. Once we have received the return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount plus any shipping costs to you within 14 days (this is usually a maximum of 2 working days).

Undeliverable items:
We strive to deliver all ordered items. Should an item not be available, you will be notified by e-mail. We will then ensure that the full amount will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.
