Home delivery by PostNL:
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. In 99% of cases, this is within 1 or 2 working days of receiving your order. In any case, we can guarantee that the item you ordered will be processed the same day if it is in stock and ordered on time at a working day. Follow the Track & Trace code, which you will receive by e-mail, for the current status of your order.
Besides the normal shipping of your order with PostNL, we offer another shipping option: Parcel convenience. Your order will not be delivered to your home but you choose one of the 2400 pick-up points in the Netherlands where you want to collect the parcel. So you decide where you pick up your order. During the checkout process in our webshop, select Pakjegemak, enter your postal code and choose your preferred pick-up location.
Pick up in one of our shops:
You can choose to collect items from one of our shops. This applies to all items. The order can be collected during shop opening hours. Please bring your order number and proof of identity with you when picking up in the shop.
Shipping to Belgium:
If you would like to have your order shipped to Belgium, please allow for €8.95 shipping costs and a delivery time of 2 working days. If you live or work near the Dutch/Belgian border, Pakjegemak is a good alternative. You can have your order delivered to one of the pick-up locations (see above) at a place near the border. There you then collect your order yourself.
Shipping to Germany:
If you would like to have your order shipped to Germany, please allow for €8.95 shipping costs and a delivery time of 3 working days.
When newstyle.com receives your order through the webshop, you will be sent a confirmation of this via email with information about your order. Always check that you receive this confirmation and make sure that the details in the confirmation match your order. If you have any questions, please contact customer service, stating your customer and/or order number.
We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your Track & Trace link. This way you can see exactly where your order is and when it will be delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within a period of 14 days after you receive it. You may return your order provided it is in the same condition as received. You are required to register your return. Returns that have not been registered cannot be processed. You can register your return at https://www.retourneren.nl/newstyle.
Here you can also purchase the return label. The costs for the return shipment are for the customer. NewStyle is not responsible for returns that are lost or have a missing proof of posting.
Once we have received the return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 14 days.
