It may happen that you want to return a product. This is possible with us within 14 days after the expiration of the reflection period, without giving any reason. Note: the return costs are € 3.50, - and for Belgium 5, - euro. The return costs are paid while downloading the return label. You have 14 days to report the return and from the moment of reporting another 14 days to return the order. Once we have received the return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount plus any shipping costs to you within 14 days (usually this is a maximum of 2 business days).
