What should I do if I have received an incorrect or damaged item?
We process your order with great care. Nevertheless, things can go wrong once in a while. Have you received an article that you did not order or that is damaged? Please contact our customer service. We will ensure that you receive the correct item free of charge.
Can I return an item?
All offers and orders are subject to the general terms and conditions as stated on the website. We guarantee the usability and soundness of the product. In case of a damaged product due to a production error, the legal guarantee can be invoked. If the product does not meet expectations, please contact our customer service team, we will be happy to help you.
Newstyle.co.uk does not charge shipping costs above €70,- these are FREE and we take care of them. Below €70,- we charge €4.95 shipping costs.
Should you wish to return an item, the return costs are for the buyer.
Are there damaged items that I cannot exchange?
If the product is damaged due to normal wear and tear, unfortunately we cannot refund this. Complaints for which we cannot offer compensation are:
-normal wear and tear on soles and heels
-bald noses on shoes due to normal external wear and tear
-damage to the heel
-defects caused by incorrect or intensive use
-marking and discolouration of shoes and clothing
-pilling of clothing and shoes
-defects caused by washing or drying
-faults caused by external influences, e.g. rubbing, sharp objects or chemicals
-articles that cause physical discomfort due to their design, e.g. sweating or blisters.

Trying on items is of course permitted. We therefore recommend trying on and trying on shoes on soft surfaces. Labels and tags may only be removed if this prevents you from trying on and assessing the article. If you wish to return the article, please ensure that you do not dirty the article and return it to us in its - as far as reasonably possible - original condition and factory packaging.
