Received the wrong or damaged item
We process your order with the utmost care. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service at [email protected] or call +31 165 535 096. We will make sure you receive the correct product at no extra cost.
Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return it within 14 days after receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Always register your return via our portal: Register your return. A return label can be purchased directly.
- Return costs are at the customer’s expense.
- We are not responsible for lost returns without proof of shipment.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt.
- Items with 65% discount or more cannot be returned.
Shipping costs
Orders above €99 are shipped free of charge. For orders below this amount, a fee of €6.95 applies.
Damage due to wear & tear
The following types of damage are not covered by warranty:
- Normal wear of soles and heels.
- Scuffed toes from regular use.
- Damage due to intensive or incorrect use.
- Discoloration or color transfer.
- Pilling of clothing or shoes.
- Damage caused by washing, drying or external influences.
Legal warranty
You are entitled to a good product. Legal warranty means that an item must meet what you can reasonably expect from it. For more information, visit ConsuWijzer.nl (in Dutch).
Complaints procedure
Not satisfied? We’ll resolve it quickly and professionally. Our promise:
- Response within 2 working days.
- We investigate the cause and work towards a solution.
- We honor all agreements made.
- We use feedback to improve our service.

All prices on NewStyle.nl include VAT. Any applicable shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Return conditions
Fitting is of course allowed, provided tags remain attached (unless this prevents proper fitting). Please ensure items are returned clean and – as far as reasonably possible – in original packaging.
