Terms & Conditions Newstyle
These terms apply to all orders and agreements placed via www.newstyle.nl. They are drafted in line with Thuiswinkel.org and Dutch Consumers’ Association guidelines.
1. Definitions
- Consumer: any private customer.
- Cooling-off period: 14 days to withdraw from the purchase.
- Right of withdrawal: the right to cancel without reason within 14 days.
- Entrepreneur: Newstyle Raadhuisstraat B.V.
- Distance contract: any order placed online via our webshop.

3. Applicability
By placing an order you accept these terms, which apply to all offers, orders and agreements.
4. Our offer
We provide accurate product descriptions. Obvious errors or misprints are non-binding.
5. The agreement
A contract is concluded once you receive our digital confirmation. We ensure safe and secure payments.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to return your order. We will refund the full purchase price including standard shipping. Return costs are at your expense.
7. Your obligations
Please handle the product with care during the cooling-off period. Return in original condition and packaging where possible.
8. Our obligations
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving your return or proof of return shipment.
9. Prices & payment
All prices include VAT. Payment must be made within 14 days. In case of late payment, statutory interest and collection costs may apply.
10. Delivery
Orders are delivered promptly, within 30 days at the latest. You will be informed of any delay. Risk of shipping lies with us until delivery.
11. Warranty
Our products meet statutory warranty requirements. Any additional guarantees are supplementary.
12. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted by email. You will receive a response within 14 days. If unresolved, you may contact Stichting WebwinkelKeur or the Dutch Disputes Committee.
13. Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court or the Thuiswinkel.org Disputes Committee.
