Returns at NewStyle
Not completely satisfied with your order? No worries. At NewStyle you can easily return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. We make sure the return process is smooth and transparent.
Conditions
- Return must be registered within 14 days after delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Unregistered returns cannot be processed.
- Items with a 65% discount or more cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Please keep your shipping receipt, as NewStyle is not responsible for lost parcels without proof of postage.
Refunds
Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method.
