Home delivery

Orders are shipped with PostNL or DHL. In 99% of cases, delivery takes place within 1–2 working days. If your item is in stock and ordered on a business day, it will be processed the same day. A Track & Trace code will be sent to your email.

Pick-up points (Pakjegemak)

Prefer to collect your parcel yourself? Choose Pakjegemak at checkout and select one of 2,400+ pick-up points in the Netherlands. You decide where and when you pick up your order.

Pick up in-store

You can collect your order for free at our stores in Roosendaal and Breda. Please bring your order number and ID with you. Collection is possible during regular opening hours.

International shipping

• Belgium: €9.95 shipping, approx. 2 working days.
• Germany: €9.95 shipping, approx. 3 working days.

Living near the border? Pakjegemak can be a convenient alternative.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. Always check this email carefully and contact our customer service if something seems incorrect, mentioning your customer or order number.

Returns

Not happy with your purchase? You may return it within 14 days of receipt. Register your return via our portal: Start return. Here you can also purchase a shipping label.

• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
• Always keep your proof of postage. NewStyle cannot be held responsible for lost returns without proof.
• Items with a discount of 65% or more cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and approval of your return.
